Tomorrow is physical my muscles were really aching on tues so physical was torturous that day and my muscles are still aching, probably worsened from tuesday's training. Gosh Veron says the fats might turn into muscles! No please thank you. Alright got to go ,must be puntual. Whether its training or a date with friends.
